How to get here
By plane
The nearest airport to Tarragona is Reus Airport, 13 km far from the city centre. From there you can get to Tarragona by taxi or bus. Barcelona’s airport is 90 km far away. Plana, a coach company, makes the route Barcelona Airport-Tarragona several times a day.
By train
Trains from different origins (Barcelona, Madrid, Reus, Valencia) stop at Tarragona station. For information regarding timetables and prices visit the RENFE website. From there you can take the bus (number 41) to get to CaixaForum Tarragona. Please, note that if you have tickets for the high speed train (AVE) you have to stop at the Camp de Tarragona Station, which is located in Perafort, 14 km far from the city centre. From there you can get to Tarragona by taxi or bus (Plana).
By bus
From the city centre, there are different bus lines (numbers 5, 41 and 54) that go to the Sant Pere Sescelades Campus where ICIQ is located. For further information, please go to the public transportation company website: EMT. There are also many long-distance buses which link Tarragona with other cities. Tarragona bus station is in Plaça Imperial Tàrraco. Plana, a coach company, operates the Barcelona-Tarragona route several times a day. Information about timetables here.
